We Specialize in Month of Coordination 

Also called day of coordination, in a nut shell, we start you off with a planning list, suggested vendors +  we're always available if you have questions. You plan and the month of we help with venue layouts, timelines, and finalizing details with vendors. We make sure everything is ready for your big day! On the day of we're coordinating with everyone to make sure your day is perfect! See below for more details.

We're happy to put together custom packages to fit your needs, that's why we provide price ranges. Our pricing reflects wedding details we discuss and your specific needs. 

Event Design 

How it works:

Tell us what your vision is for the big day and we will present to you a design plan. 
Upon approval of the design plan we get to work shopping and crafting. All items that need to be purchased and crafted will be approved by you first. 
- You can purchase the items, or we can purchase them and send you an invoice.

We’ll set up all decor for your ceremony and reception and stay at least

until the ceremony starts to make sure everything is perfect! 

If we are doing decor only we will leave and come back an hour before your reception is to end, this way we are ready to take down your decor and hand it off to the person you designate to take it!

Starts at $500

Wedding Coordination 

We love weddings and helping couples have a flawless and happy day!

With both Month/day of coordination and full service planning we will: 

-Site Visit Meeting 

- Timeline Meeting 

-Confirm details with vendors

- Final Meeting 

- Run/attend the rehearsal 

- First to arrive the day of & last to leave 

- provide timelines for vendors & bridal party 

- manage timeline, vendors and all day of events 

Month/day of coordination starts 6-4weeks out from the wedding date, the happy couple does most of the planning and we help confirm all details and make sure all details are ready for your big day. 

Full Service Planning & Coordination starts as soon as you hire us, we provide monthly to do items, attend all vendor meetings, and guide you through the entire wedding planning process. 

Since its easiest and best for all the sooner we're involved we offer a $100 discount when we're booked 6months or more out from your wedding date.

Wedding Party Concierge 

Sometimes we need a little help wrangling the bridesmaids the day of. That’s where we come in. The day of concierge will assist the bride & bridesmaids during hair & makeup and getting ready. We’ll pick up food/snacks, bring water, a bottle of sparkling cider or champagne, keep the girls on track, and help get everyone in the car to the ceremony.

5 hours for $500 additional hours $50 each

Planning Monthly To Do's 

You’re confident that you got the planning down, that’s probably why you only want a day of coordinator, but would like some guidance on what you should work on each month, we’d be happy to send you monthly planning to do lists and info.

12 months of To Do List Emails $30

Reception Restroom Goodies 

It’s always a nice gesture to have some useful items in the reception restrooms. We’d be happy to set up a display of “Goodies” (provided by us) from breath mints to hair spray and Advil. $40 for each restroom (this can be shipped for an extra fee)
